We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the prize awarded, and especially to thank George Butunoiu and Restograf team for both the assessment of performance and also for the impartial criticism that delights restograf.ro public; the criticism is constructive, especially because our customers provide real-time daily feedback to assist us in providing quality service and products as well.
We have started our business 12 years ago, from the desire to have a place where we could eat Lebanese food just as in Beirut at Alain’s home. Last year we opened the second restaurant, Four Seasons Dorobanti with a clear goal, to perpetuate Lebanese food done well. So every day we calibrate the flavor by tasting and adding various spices specially brought from Lebanon. We like to innovate and combine tastes, customers try it and preparations enter the daily menu as a result of their appreciation.
We were honored to receive this award and greately impressed by the event organized by Restograf where I had the pleasure to meet so many people who owe restaurants; people that we should try to meet more in the future in order to take action to change the economic climate in which we all operate.
